On November 15th,the station of Chengdu Metro Line 19 Phase II project was officially unveiled.By the end of this year,the highly anticipated Chengdu"Double Airport"connecting line will be put into trial operation.

Tianfu Business District Station of Chengdu Metro Line 19 Phase II

Chengdu Metro Line 19 Phase II Project starts from Jiujiang North Station(excluding)in the west and ends at Hejiang Station(reserved)in the east.It connects with Line 18 through Tianfu Station and operates together to Tianfu Airport North Station.The project connects Wenjiang District,Shuangliu District,and Tianfu New District.It has a total length of 43.17 kilometers,all of which are underground lines,with a total of 12 underground stations(1 reserved station),including 7 transfer stations.

At the initial stage of the line,4A trains(3 motor and 1 trailer)were used,with a maximum operating speed of 160km/h.After the opening of the trial operation,it will achieve efficient connection and simultaneous operation between Shuangliu International Airport and Tianfu International Airport,which is of great significance for forming a fast track channel radiating from the core area of Tianfu New District to the east and west,promoting the operation of"two airports in one",and creating an international comprehensive transportation hub in Chengdu.

Honglian Station of Chengdu Metro Line 19 Phase II

Chengdu Metro Line 19 Phase II Project adheres to the design mode of"one line,one theme"and"graded design",with the theme of"water moistening Tianfu and ecological Chengdu",integrating various cultural elements such as mountains,water,fields,and gardens in the land of Tianfu,creating a line that fully demonstrates the cultural characteristics of Tianfu.In terms of interior design,elements such as water ripple patterns,plant patterns,and cultural symbols are selected to echo the theme,introducing art works related to natural themes,and using traditional Chinese colors such as bamboo blue,autumn fragrance,and indigo with great classical beauty.By combining them with spatial art installations,a comfortable and pleasant passage space is created.

Wenjiashan Station of Chengdu Metro Line 19 Phase II

Entering the two key art stations,Honglian Station and Wenjiashan Station,a unique artistic atmosphere is coming towards you.The Wenjiashan Station is themed with the unique pastoral culture of the Chengdu Plain,with a pure and elegant style.The beautiful scenery of spring and autumn in the western Sichuan forest is depicted on the railing of the station hall,creating a fresh atmosphere together with the artworks inside the station.The Honglian Station is themed on water culture,with colors extracted from the"Jincheng Blue Sky and Rongcheng Clear Water"designs.The sparkling shape of the river surface is applied to the top wall surface,combined with lighting to create a pure,dreamy,beautiful,and natural spatial atmosphere.

Lanjiadian Station of Chengdu Metro Line 19 Phase II

In addition to the unique design of the station,the second phase of Line 19 adopts the form of escalators or"escalators+stairs"for convenient transfers with existing stations,transfer channels,and transfer nodes.The Phase II station of Line 19 also showcases the age friendly design in the space.The station ticket booth adopts a high and low design,which is convenient for the use of wheelchairs and children.The low position of the ticket booth can serve both paid and non paid areas,and a passenger call button is set up to meet the one click response needs of passengers when the ticket booth is unmanned.
